Najib has over 20yrs experience, most recently spending over 10 years at Heyne Tillett Steel, before merging with Alex to grow M&P.

Najib’s experience includes residential, commercial and educational buildings where his engineering problem solving skills have been particularly valuable in resolving highly complex structural issues.

Najib enjoys the challenge of working with leading architects and finding the best solution appropriate to both the building and the Clients’ needs.

Phil is a Chartered Structural Engineer who worked with Alex at Heyne Tillett Steel. He has worked on award-winning projects and particularly enjoys working on architecturally led schemes.

Phil benefits from experience with a large UK property developer, working in a wide-ranging role across design and construction phases of large multi-storey, masterplan schemes. 

Phil has played an active role in The Institution of Structural Engineers, sitting on the Institution Council and various Committees in past years.

Stuart was involved in structures early-on by starting his career in the offshore industry - learning to communicate complex details & structures digitally for critical manufacture & construction. 

Since then, he has worked as a Structural Technician at BDP and most recently at HTS on many building projects both large & small - from complex refurbishment to new build schemes.

Having completed many of his own property refurbishments Stuart knows what he is looking at!
